Throughout the 2 week process I really enjoyed the course showing my hard work and building up with my classmates and my Instructor Kevin. I had taken the course months ago, but Covid had hit Orange County so they had to close early sadly. After 3 months, I had rarely been studying due to other occasions that were going on around me so I was rusty when i made my return. Luckily thanks to Kevin, he not only helped refresh my mind but GREATLY improved my mobility in making cocktails. ONLY downside to this location would be payments towards the parking garage (which is towards the outside environment and not the school so its still 5 stars for me) Other than that I highly recommend coming to Elite to build confidence, relationships, and of course to begin your path as a great bartender.
